Welcome to Riva’s, where we offer
you casual Italian cuisine in a warm, friendly atmosphere.

Our mission is to be a small family Italian-style restaurant offering affordable, high quality Italian cuisine inspired by authentic family recipes.  We want to be the place where you can get away and enjoy a relaxing meal in the authentic Italian tradition, bringing good food and friends together.

The trattoria style offers casual service, with moderate prices, and an emphasis on food that is modest but plentiful and full-flavored. 

When possible we buy and use organic and seasonal produce and free-range meats from local farms.  We enjoy shopping and supporting local farmers that sell their wares at the Greensboro Farmer's Market in the Historic Aycock neighborhood!

Reservations

We do take reservations.  However, we can only hold the reservation for 15 minutes.

Reservations are recommended for Friday and Saturday evenings.

We can not make reservations for parties greater than eight (8) on Friday and Saturday nights.

 There is an 18% gratuity added to parties of 8 or more

Our private dining room is available for meetings and gatherings.  There is a $50.00 charge to hold the room for up to 20 people.

All reservations greater than 8 will require a credit card number at the time of the reservation. Riva's requires cancellations of large parties at least 3 hours before the reservation time.  If the reservation is canceled after this time there is a $50.00 cancellation fee.
